The Albright Knot is a standout amongst the most dependable bunches for joining lines of incredibly unequal measurements or diverse materials, for example, mono filament to twisted line.
Make a circle in the heavier line and keep running around 10" of the lighter line through the circle.
Hold the 3 lines between your thumb and forefinger. Wrap the light line back finished itself and the two strands of the circle.
Make 10 firmly wrapped turns. Nourish the label end back through the circle and leave the circle an indistinguishable side from it entered.
Hold the two finishes of the overwhelming line and slide the wraps to the finish of the circle. Draw the light line to fix and clasp label end near the bunch.
