How To Catch Worms

Welcome today's quick fishing tip and on today's tip what we’re going to talk about  is  catching worms,   if you're ever stuck and your bait shop your local bait shop doesn't have any worms or you open the wilderness at the cottage and you need some worms all you have to do is water your lawn, or after a rain go out with a flashlight and start looking for worms  and the key when  you're looking for worms with the flashlight when you shine the light on the worm if you keep the light on the worm he's going to sense that light and he's going to take off and go right back into his hole, you're not going to catch it, so when you see a worm with the flashlight what you want to do is flash it on them and just kind of move off to the side so there's a fate light on them and then go and grab them,   if you could see where the hole is you want to grab them right at the hole.

Also when it comes to catching worms there's an easier way to pull them out of the hole if you try to pull them straight up and out they end up gripping the hole and they're a little bit harder you might  break the worm,  if you pull the worm across the ground so instead of pulling them vertically you pull them horizontally it'll come out a lot easier.

Tips:  keep in mind when it comes to worms they were also sensitive to vibration so if you move the area around the worm it'll sense danger and it'll take off.

Sometimes they're hard to see and  find in the grass but if you go nice and slowly with the flashlight you can usually find them pretty good and sneak up on then grab them,  and you'll end up perhaps saving a day on the water and getting yourself some bait that you wouldn't normally have so  if you're ever stuck and you need some worms and your local bait store is out of nightcrawlers all you need is a flashlight and a little bit of water if it doesn't rain you can just water the lawn go out at night time they'll come out at night that's why they're called night crawlers and slowly go around with the flashlight and secure the area I m sure you'll come up with some worms yourself I hope you've enjoyed today's quick fishing tip and as always  until next time good luck good fishing.
